Lucy Kynge

Research Assistant

Lucy has a background in international development and has worked for the United Nations and the European Commission in Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Malaysia and China. She has spent the last seven years involved in projects to improve digital healthcare training in low resources settings: managing an online training platform for Kings College London and Somaliland; developing digital materials for Medecins Sans Frontiers; and coordinating the development of an online programme in family practice for the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

She is currently developing a digital strategy with Interburns, in partnership with the Centre for Global Burn Injury Policy and Research, based on research into how the target audience most easily engages with the online environment. This will inform the design of an online version of the Essential Burns Care (EBC) course.
